Salary Discrepancy Report Letter
I am writing to report a salary discrepancy on behalf of my Assistant Manager, XYZ. He is one of the key players in my team and is a sincere and diligent employee of the company. Unfortunately, there has been an unexplained deduction in his salary for the month of May 202X. HR is requested to look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
The basic salary for XYZ is (amount). He also receives a sum of (amount) in the form of fuel compensation and medical coverage as part of his salary package. This totals to (amount). However, this month, there has been a 20% deduction in his salary. Details of his salary report have been attached.
Since XYZ has been a hard-working employee with a positive progress report, he has never faced disciplinary action due to any reason. It is, therefore, confusing why there would be a deduction in his salary this month. All of our other team members have been credited with the full salary. It seems like the finance department has made some mistake that needs to be rectified.

I am writing with reference to a salary discrepancy for the month of June. I joined the organization as (designation) in May, 202X. According to my contract, my basic salary is $X along with benefits which amount to $X. I received my first paycheck yesterday without the promised benefits. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest.
I emailed the HR department this morning but haven’t received any response yet. I, therefore, request that higher management resolve the issue.

I am writing to express my disappointment at not receiving an increment in my salary this month. Most of my team members have been credited with a 3% increase in their respective salaries after the successful completion of the XYZ project. However, despite being a key player in the said project, I have not received any increment.
I have been working in this organization as the (designation) for the past 7 years. During this time, I have worked with diligence and dedication for the company. My supervisor has always been satisfied with my performance.
I have never missed a deadline nor have I ever been issued a disciplinary warning by the management regarding any kind of issue. Considering these factors, I should have received an increment as a reward for my positive performance.
It is demotivating to continue working hard without appreciation in the form of a salary increment. I request the management to bring its attention to this matter and consider increasing my salary as an incentive for me to continue working sincerely for this organization.

Complaint Letter for Salary Received without Travel Expense Reimbursement
This is to notify you that I received my salary for the month of May 202X with a delay of 3 days. According to the company’s policy, every employee receives the monthly payment on the 5th of every month. The mentioned delay has only been made in the payment of my salary. All of my colleagues received theirs on time as per my knowledge.
